The Amazing Marsha

The Amazing Marsha

Marsha was a student of elementary school. She was shy to show her talent in singing. Her mother often said that her voice was very beautiful, but she refused to try any singing competition.

One day, the teacher asked her students to sing in front of the class. The teacher would take grades for the Arts and Culture subject. Marsha was nervous and shy, but it was a must to do. So, when her turn came, she stepped forward nervously. She took some times before singing. The teacher smiled, “Just try it!” Marsha began to sing. Everyone was surprised. Her voice was amazing. They all listened to the song quietly and when Marsha finished it, everyone clapped in awe.

The teacher congratulated her, “Marsha, your voice is amazing. I will tell the headmaster to send you in singing competition. I promise you this.” Marsha was surprised with their appreciation, but she was very happy.

Since then, her school often sent her to many singing competitions and she won some of them. Marsha realized that this was her opportunity to show her talent. She practiced harder to increase her singing skill. Her parents were very happy for that.

Moral of the story: You will never succeed if you haven't tried.
