Sam was a cheerful boy who loved going to school. He had a blue backpack with a small star on it. He carried his books, pencils, and lunch in it every day. Sam liked his backpack very much.
One morning, while Sam was getting ready for school, the backpack spoke. It said, “Sam, don’t forget your math book!” Sam was very surprised. He looked around his room, but no one else was there.
On the way to school, the backpack kept talking. It reminded Sam about his homework and his water bottle. Sam listened carefully and felt happy. He started to do his homework on time and keep his things neat.
At school, Sam became a better student. His teacher smiled and said, “Good job, Sam.” Sam felt proud and thanked his backpack. The backpack stayed quiet and only helped when Sam needed it.
One day, the backpack did not talk anymore. Sam was not sad. He smiled and packed his bag by himself. He knew the backpack had taught him to be responsible.
