I’d had an idea to sell Indonesian food in China. I wanted to sell Indonesian traditional snacks, such as Klepon, Onde-onde, Lepet, and so on. I decided to sell them by a food truck. First, I made the snacks and managed them in the containers. After that, I put the containers into the food truck. I went to the traditional markets offering the food. At the beginning, it was difficult to get buyers, but I gradually got some after they tasted the snacks. One of them said that the food was delicious and I felt happy to hear it.
After some time, I had an idea to sell other traditional food besides snacks. I tried to sell Rendang, Bakso, Chicken noodles, Gado-gado, and many more. Not long after that, I got more profits from selling them. So, I decided to make it a long-term business.
